Training

HigherTech Consulting believes strongly that the best client training occurs on-site with well-prepared client project team members leading the training sessions.  Our implementation methodology helps our clients plan and deliver the needed training to its users.  When generic classroom or on-line is required, HigherTech Consulting partners with Oracle University to arrange that training.


Support

The scope and availability of the support services is tailored to the customer’s individual requirements and service level expectations. We aim to establish long-term relationships with our customers so that we build up a better understanding of the customer's business, helping us deliver a more focused and effective service.

Our pro-active support services aim to drive down the cost of support through identifying and rectifying underlying problems through trend analysis, and understanding and improving the business processes and service delivery.

HigherTech is able to provide 24/7 support services, with response times tailored to need. Support is normally provided from our offices via remote Internet access, but HigherTech can provide on-site resources for more substantial needs or during critical times. We offer flexibility to allow each customer to tailor key elements of the support service to suit their particular needs, while remaining cost effective.

Dependent upon the size and complexity of the application(s) to be supported, HigherTech will establish a customer specific support team whose members are well-versed and experienced in Oracle ERP applications and operational environment.


Post-Implementation Support Services

Our implementation methodology is geared toward providing clients with the ability to internally maintain and operate their Oracle eBusiness Suite Environment.  Short-term post implementation support is typical as employees learn to navigate new systems.  Long-term support agreements provide maximum production support of business critical systems.  Our remote database administration support offers a cost effective alternative to hiring a full team of in-house database administrators to maintain and upgrade the Oracle eBusiness environment.  We also offer fractional hiring services to provide Oracle Application Support.
